My Journey to the Mindset of Healthy Abundance
In the past, I had a strong tendency to hoard for fear that I wouldn’t have enough in the future. This was a mindset that I had always been in and it came from my childhood when my parents were constantly worried about money.
The turning point for me was when I realized that there is an abundance of everything – even if it doesn’t seem like it at first glance. This realization helped me to break out of my scarcity mindset and to begin living a life of abundance.
This has allowed me to experience more freedom and joy which has translated into a happier life with money included.
How to Live a Life of Healthy Abundance
Making a conscious decision to live a life of healthy abundance is not as easy as it sounds. It takes discipline and commitment.
Three steps to living a life of healthy abundance:
1- Develop the mental and physical habits that will allow you to make better choices.
2- Set achievable goals and focus on one at a time.
3- Be patient and do not judge your progress because it’s often hard to see improvements in the short term.
